Merry Christmas
As Christmas fast approaches, I’d like to wish you a Christmas that is stress free and full of fun, laughter, connections and a sense of belonging.
This may not necessarily be the case - families can be a challenge I know! However, when you can stand back and accept that we are all fumbling along as best we can then you can come from a place of compassion when the emotions begin to rise.
We are all imperfect humans!
This year has certainly been a challenge for me where I hit rock bottom. However, I am now in a place of optimism as I embark on new ventures where I feel valued and appreciated. If you’d told me this at the beginning of the year, I would not have believed you but, as I often say to my clients, nothing stays the same.
The only constant is change and when you are able to flow with all that you experience – ups and downs, life is less tortuous!
In this last newsletter for 2024 I’d like to share one of the acronyms that I teach as part of the Self Understanding with Reiki Level One training program.
