You need to invest in yourself and learn some new skills so you can set clear boundaries, and be able to say no without feeling guilty. Then you can prioritise your commitments more effectively and everyone benefits.
To achieve this you need to learn Reiki!
Reiki is a subtle yet empowering energy healing modality that anyone can learn. No prior knowledge is required. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to have a go at identifying and modifying your limiting belief concepts.
Once enlightened with this magical healing energy you will feel empowered to put yourself first and back in control of your life rather than running around after everyone else.

My Self Understanding with Reiki Level One Program is taught over three Friday mornings in February. The training program is well paced so you can embody the teachings with ease. By the end of the three sessions, you will feel confident changing your habits to support you rather than hinder your progress. Then your loved ones will be more open to helping out around the house and you can relax for a change.
All my training programs are run in small groups with lots of hands on practice. Notes are provided and you’ll receive a certificate of achievement at the end!
