My down to earth teaching methods are balanced and well paced so you can embody the learnings easily. My Self Understanding with Reiki Level One Program is taught over three Friday mornings. By the end of the three sessions you will feel confident changing your habits to support you rather than hinder your progress.
All my training programs are run in small groups so you have plenty of time to assimilate the material and get lots of hands on practice.
